Configure your notification preferences

Turn on push notifications, email alerts and automatic escalation of critical alerts.

   In the app's notification settings, choose the channels to enable: instant push and alert email to the manager.

   If a critical alert is not handled, it is sent again and then passed on to the manager after the delays you set.
